As part of the implementation of the « Capacity-building project for the fragile countries through technical staff and engineers training » funded by the African Water Facility which is hosted by the African Development Bank (AfDB-AWF), 2iE calls for students’ applications for the Master’s program in Humanitarian Water Sanitation and Hygiene (Humanitarian WASH) in two versions, Anglophone and Francophone for the academic year 2014-2015.

The advanced Master’s degree Humanitarian WASH allows access to positions of executives/ coordinator/WASH project manager in international development organisms (NGOs, UN Agencies, bilateral or decentralized cooperation organisms, technical and financial partners, etc.). Other job prospects are also possible. In the private and non-profit sectors as a speaker in the WASH and environment area: research departments, works and services companies, NGOs. In the public sector: administrations in charge of the WASH and environment sector, local authorities. more…

“2iE is an international nonprofit association of public utility that has a Headquarters Agreement with Burkina Faso. This agreement allows the Institute to benefit from a privileged status as diplomatic enclave, which facilitates the intake of students and faculties-researchers coming from a wide variety of countries.Genuine Public/Private Partnership, 2iE gathers around common values, Founding States, private companies and institutional, academic and scientific partners. This innovative governance model associates all stakeholders in order to meet common objectives: students’ employability and the strengthening of the innovation and research capacity in Africa.”
